Yes. Web design and development is a core service, and a new website or redesign is included with a minimum six-month package commitment.

Does Graphic Illusion work with businesses outside Puerto Vallarta?

Yes. Design, branding, web design and development, motion, retouching, post-production, 3D and CGI, AI production, social media and digital marketing are delivered remotely for clients anywhere. Photography and video production need a shoot on location: those are included as standard across Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit, and travel is quoted in the project for anywhere else. The studio has produced work for national and international brands including Gatorade, Mars México (M&M's), eBay, Walmart, Sam's Club and Superama.

How much does Graphic Illusion cost?

Monthly social media and design packages start at $599 USD and run to $1,594 USD per month. Campaigns, photo and video production and post-production are quoted per project.

Do you travel for photography and video shoots?

Yes. Shoots across Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit are included with nothing further to pay. For anywhere else the studio travels, and travel and accommodation are billed separately, at cost, on top of the fee — quoted and approved before the work starts, never added afterwards.

What if my business is too far away for a photo or video shoot?

There are three ways the work still gets made. You can shoot to our direction and shot list and we produce everything after it; we can direct a local crew remotely and handle the edit, retouching, grade and finish; or we can build the shot in 3D and CGI or with AI production, which is often the better answer for product and packaging anyway.

Do the monthly packages work if I am not in Puerto Vallarta?

Yes. Everything in the packages is delivered remotely except the photo and video sessions, which need a shoot on location. The sessions themselves are included in the monthly fee, with nothing further to pay across Puerto Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit. If you are further away there are three options: we travel to you, with travel and accommodation billed separately at cost and approved in advance; or you shoot to our direction and shot list and we produce the rest, with no travel cost; or we exchange the sessions for the same value in design, 3D and CGI or AI production, also with no travel cost. The monthly fee is the same in all three cases.
